Return and Refund Policy
We design our acoustic products to help you create, perform and relax at peak level, so if they are not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We give you 30 days to take your Camel Panels for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days. For an eligible return the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, including all original packaging. We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging. Acoustic panel installation and delivery services are non-refundable.
How Do I Return a Defective or Faulty Product?
We stand behind all of our acoustic treatments and accessories. If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it’s been less than 30 days since your Sound Camel purchase, simply return the item. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of all returns. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Some items have a restocking fee if returned by a customer:
A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price applies to acoustic panels, diffuser acoustic panels and acoustic doors.
There is no restocking fee if the purchase and the return both occur within Alabama, Colorado, Iowa, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma and South Carolina, and where prohibited by law.
The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.
